1-23-2017 Ch 4 Test Part 2 and Start CPM 511

Advisory:  It's that time again when 6th grade is reading A Long Walk to Water.  Our students are inspired to help make a change and has pledged to raise $1,000 for the Iron Giraffe Challenge. This is a challenge put on by Water for South Sudan that drills wells in remote areas of South Sudan so that people can have access to clean drinking water. 

We are holding a school-wide fundraiser called Change for South Sudan. Donations do not have to be only change, students can donate paper money as well.  The advisory that brings in the most money will win an ice cream party. We will be collecting money for the next three weeks, so contest ends on February 10th.


 PERIOD 6! Stays after school for not putting computers away. :(

 Today's Assignment
Each student get one computer.
Clear your desk and lap of everything except computer, writing utensil, ALGEBRA TILES and optional privacy folder.

1. You will take the Chapter 4 Part 2 test in Desmos.
2. When finished work on the District Assessment called Facts in Fruit.
